This draw used the fixed Bitcoin-block rule committed for this run: the first Bitcoin block whose timestamp is at or after the published draw time decides the pick. Exactly one block fits that description — there's no choice on our part — and its hash is determined by miners around the world only after entries close, so we can't pick a favorable block, predict the result in advance, or re-run the draw if we don't like the outcome.
